I FEEL BAD FOR BLACKPINK

    I'm not a fan Blackpink's music and honestly think they are overrated, but I kinda feel pity for them right now. If they think YG or korean companies are devil, then US labels esp UMG-Instercope are devil in disguise and very tricky. Interscope will make sure to squeeze Blackpink every way they can to compensate their work for promoting them and getting these deals. Before, they asked BP to go to Target store, now Jisoo is asking fans to buy their discounted albums on her ig story. Shame. Not even mentioning the stops/wayd they do to promo Born Pink.


    I'm genuinely curious tho. Why do you guys think Blackpink's 'demand' always fell short in terms of their labels expection? Like, it seemed like their career is always in the middle of being at peak yet they never reach that peak. Like, Born Pink is only trailing above The Album just a bit despite the latter album not getting as much push as Born Pink.


    Were they ever gonna get a global smash hit song??

    They had two songs release with not much time in between. Its honestly normal for the next song to achieve less.

    What do you mean? They’ve completely crushed almost all gg records streaming wise with TA and BP. And TA had much more promo… idk what to tell anons a Spotify deal ain’t the promo y’all think it is… I bet most people don’t even know abt it

    they did much better than the album they sold 2M copies, what are you talking about? and there has been a shipping issue but that's on YG's incompetency. UMG/interscope probably didn't see this coming. I just wish they didn't ask any of the girls to post that on their ig story now people think they are begging and dragging them for something they probably are not really aware about.


    blackpink will pull through regardless don't feel bad for them lol they will do fine it's all come down to lack of organization and planning

    People are only dragging blackpink because blinks have been dragging other groups for the same. It's nothing new. Happened with BTS many times. Very recently people including blinks were dragging Aespa because of mys. They thought it was deserved because mys were getting too brave. But it's unfair when it happens to my faves.
