    not surprised tbh, american military contractors have basically a "铁饭碗“ (iron rice bowl, rice bowl referring to income, the iron bit meaning indestructible) because the American Government exists.


    Its basically corruption but formalized.


    Still it relates to national security so I think it is somewhat a necessary evil but I still think they should do the best they can with the budget they have instead of bribing or embezzling.
