Let's be honest...Twice's highest accomplishment right now is album sales.

But they had two group flops on charts the past two comebacks. What's up?

Every release after fancy has been a mediocre performance (Alcohol Free, More and More, The Feels) or flop (Everything else).

Album sales seems like a pretty worthwhile accomplishment. And that was before the cheap af digipacks and member versions, etc. Revenue wise, I am sure Twice destroys their peers of the 3d gen, including BP and the 4th gen as well.

Spotify charting? Their Japan popularity?

They need rebranding

as in take a hiatus for 2 years promote individually and comeback with an expensive looking MV and clothes, not those cheap MVs and clothes JYP has been giving them for 2 years now.

Album sales will keep being up as long as there is good distribution.

All they need is some expensive MVs and not cheap looking green screen. Fancy, Cheer Up, TT, WIL all are expensive looking with great styling

And they need a good break now because there is just no hype left, and only a group hiatus for a year won't generate that, they would need individual promos in hopes of one going viral/ getting a hit to gain new fans and hype.

They need the two elements to work.

We been knew for a few years now. They're basically a bg, totally irrelevant in charts but good album wise.

But then again multiple ggs now able to have really high album sales even surpassing Twice so technically they don't even have album sales as one of their main selling points anymore. There's nothing that stands out about them anymore

You're in a forum where people literally track album sales, digital scores, YouTube views and whatever else and you think Kpop don't care about that sort of thing? Look at the thread you're in, OP made a thread mocking Twice digital performance, you think normal music fans are that obsessed with other groups charting?

And dont bring in the cheap digipacks argument cause Twice has also been doing member cover CDs. The digipacks price of BP and aespa are not that cheap either
