Dude, seat counts are literally the most accurate info. Official reports by companies are usually exaggerated. For example there were many articles released about EXO’s concert, saying that it was 35k capacity when in reality it was around 30k. Even seat count info is usually more than actual seats sold, because blocked seats and invitation seats are included.
