When commenting positively about another group

  • You don't need to add which fandom you're from. You don't get points for liking something from another group, even if that group is your "rival". You're not special for being in one fandom but liking something from another group it happens all the time.

People who write "I'm a (fandom) but I'm here to support (other group)" or "I'm (fandom) but this group are really amazing live." just sound desperate to be special. No one cares which fandom your from.

I never believe those claims in anon. If it is true they are pathetic for making such claims to score points.

  • I didn't know people did it in anon. I'm talking about on Twitter/Youtube etc.

How would saying "I'm an (fandom), but (different group)'s new song is a banger" be a brag about their faves?

I think that user is being sarcastic. But to answer, it just means 'look at me, my group is more popular, but I listen to your group's song.' Or sometimes they pretend to be another fandom, just so people believe that there actually other listeners besides the fans. Kpop is make-believe. Everyone wants that sweet upvote, which contributes to nothing in real life, but makes your feel good temporarily online. Sad. But true.

  • maybe non-fans sometimes are more objective than fans?

  • I’m a MY and I think your post is a mess and a flop OP! :)
