Itzy hits big with Dalla but then went downhill and now new groups quickly surpassed them. NewJeans has an even more explosive debut, do you think the same might happen to them?

Actually yes I think its possible. The main issue I see with NewJeans is not a lot of potential for individual star power.

I would not be surprised if their first comeback is not an amazing song and they start declining little by little.

But as long as the si gs are amazing they should be ok.

Thats the tricky thing about reaching high heights at debut. But they may able to be more successful in their first comeback, I remember a lot of people also said Ive wouldn't be able to top Eleven but look at them now

unfortunately for itzy, JYPE has no vision, they are just trend chasers. If every NJ era is just as well executed (besides the scandals) NJ has nowhere to go but up.

Dalla was a bad song that managed to get koreans interest afterwards they've been declining due to their bad concept, newjens on the contrary debuted with great songs and their concept is nice so theyll stay as a top gg

Newjeans managed to get a bad and questionable song like cookie to be hit so I doubt they will decline anytime soon. They flopest they can get probably chart in top 20 like aespa’s girl and everyone will call the release a flop
