Why would Jennie be the cover-up for Hybe scandals?

This seems to be the narrative on twitter. Garam - Taennie pic number 1. Someone from Enhypen - Taennie pic number 2.

I get that HYBE might throw Taehyung under the bus, he never seemed to be a Big Hit fave. However he is news all on his own. And fans would be more likely to believe a rumor with an actress, not even a known one. I don't see any Army's entertaining Taennie. Jennie could be birthing V's baby and Army's will be calling it fake. An actress would have them shook.

And what benefit is there for Jennie/YG, has anyone figured that out? Because there's no way YG is performing charity work for HYBE. The YG HYBE album distribution will be 100% under contract with a fixed time period, not something HYBE can threaten to snatch away if YG doesn't pretend pimp out Jennie.

Lastly, if it's a set up why would Jennie have the pic on her private IG where no normies can verify? If this was a company plan, getting either one to "accidentally" upload it to their main for a second or two would do the trick. Except that Army's are not having it regardless which takes us back to - why Jennie?

honestly, i think in all likelihood they are actually dating. people are saying that hybe and yg are pushing this relationship to distract from other issues, but if it were a company agenda...wouldn't it be more believable? that latest pic looks photo-shopped af and i wouldn't have believed it was real for a second if people had been able to produce the original photos it could have been edited from. and no one really cares about this enhyphen thing enough for yg to volunteer jennie up on a platter during bp cb season. it's likely just unfortunate timing this photo came out when it did, but not surprising since taennie shippers and antis are on the hunt now anyway looking for anything to prove/disprove the relationship thanks to the rumors surrounding why v is leaving for ny with no official schedule the day before blackpink are also supposed to fly out there.
