Why Twice lasted only 4 years while SNSD 15?

Twice never promoted individually the way snsd did. They ALL were on tv CONSTANTLY with solo gigs too which is how everyone in Korea knew their names. Even before their debut Yoona was acting. Taeyeon got a hit ost 1 year in her career. Yoona got a hit drama. Yuri and Sunny was in a hit variety shows. Jessica appeared on Mudo and got a duo hit with a popular comedian. Other members got plenty of solo in their first 4 years too.

Now what did jyp do with twice? They had 3 it girls - Nayeon, Sana, Tzuyu. They got nothing other than useless variety show appearances. The company prioritized group profits and paid their solo gigs dust.

SNSD is simply more liked in Korea than Twice. Simple.

I mean Twice had multiple CBs in a row flop or underperform compared to their peak of hits in a row and their upcoming CB seems to have much lower hype than all ggs in August. SNSD had a 5 year hiatus which would kill 90% of groups yet the CB has done really well and is actually doing better than their last CB in 2017. When an old group with a long hiatus manages to still capture Korea then it's clear who the true NGG is
