NCT or Blackpink: who will chart higher on the BB200 albums chart?

    NCT is a bg, who in the past tend to sell more than ggs (has been changing a lot lately), but BP has the 2y hiatus as advantage

    both will be releasing many versions; bp already has 5 + digipacks soon + signed versions soon & NCT will also have a lot of versions


    knowing all of this; who will chart the highest on Billboard 200?

    as big as blackpink is nct is a boy group from SM and they will have multiple versions like they had in the past Sticker had with 14 versions, glitch Mode' by NCT Dream had like 14 or 16 versions

    BP. I think the only bgs that can chart higher on bb200 are BTS and SKZ.

    Nct wild 2m last year+digpacks but all that give them 68k first week in bb like why....


    Did smith happen or what ? The album sold mor than that with just 1m


    Sm will load the shit out of 127 bc they don't want BP getting that N1 but idk if 127 can make for it when they could have easily do it last year

    agree, but if bp already has 5 versions + at least 4 digipacks + signed version, that's 10 versions too. it's still less than NCT probably will have BUT bp is way ahead internationally/in the US, so their american % will probably bigger than ncts, right? it might be a closer race than we think

    BP will chart higher - there's a pent-up demand.

    I'd say I'm shocked that people are already shading NCT but it's not my first day here.


    Why can't we just celebrate that kpop is successful enough to have two big groups jockeying for position on the Billboard chart?

    BP will be number one for at least a month. There's so much demand for them in the US . Not even Beyonce had that. We are talking about the new Sour. An album that will be legendary.

    doesn't blackpink have only 3 version? blinks were mad about that lol a kit and vinyl don't count it's only 3 version and they might get 4 digipacks later

    vinyls and kits are both different forms of the same album, are they not?

    just like digipacks, they are ways to boost sales & that's fine
