Blinks think BTS sabotaged Blackpink in Western Award Shows

Did BTS demand Blackpink to be excluded from Western award shows even thought BP were bigger and more popular?

BH was not a big company when BTS performed for their first BBMAs how did sabotage.
They know that BTS has the biggest fandom which gives them the clout they need.
We all know how shady this awards show are.

honestly i dont get when blink say bp is huge. i dont see it. they are big but not big big

lmao this is pure fanfiction. the west has always had their quota on foreign acts, i doubt they would have ever let more than 1 group come on and perform, taking away spots from their white artists. but at the same time they need at least one for clout....so now we are in the era of award shows asking any group with a comeback to show up since bts aren't there

Blinks are hilarious. "BP & bts were at the same level" if they were, they would have been invited AT LEAST ONCE... But no, even when bts couldn't attend certain shows in the past, bp still werent invited.

Y'all can keep deluding yourself and try to force the narrative that bp is as big as bts, but in the end, it took bts taking an official hiatus for bp to get a chance in the western industry.

I don’t think it was BTS keeping them out but rather the American networks and companies. They felt like they had one “foreign” act and it filled their “quota.” They didn’t want two non-English speaking acts. You can see the same thing with Latin music where only 1 or two acts will be on any given show despite the popularity of more.

yes, that's why they have never been invited to western award shows before, why they have no credible awards (that aren't last minute insta voted), thats why they havent been able to top any credible western chart,... making some waves and saying your girls are on par with bts, the biggest group atm & one of the biggest acts ever, really isn't the same thing.

there is a quota but there is also the choice on to who fills that quota. So when BTS isnt around, BP and other kpop groups will be that second-choice. You have to ask yourself why the VMAs would invite an act to perform that hasn't been musically active this past year and it only up for a "meta-verse" award. Every performer (western or otherwise) that performs on these shows has always had some sort of musical output during the year prior (exceptions are award presenters). The reason why BP were invited despite this is bc last year BTS only showed up virtually for acceptance speeches with no performance and they lost a lot of clout/audience from Army (only 900K ie abysmal ratings) and since they aren't available this year, they decide to ask another kpop group to try and drive up views.

Spill. Blackpink is more popular than BTS even in the West. BTS only got chosen because they are men and their fandom is insane 💀

It's simple, if you have the option of eating steak (BTS) or frozen chicken nuggets (BP) who would pick the nuggets? The reason why BTS have always been invited were simple, most sales, biggest relevance, stadium tours everywhere, etc. The only people who don't see the difference between the 2 groups are blinks.

Also, have people seen the lineup of this year's VMAs? About as C list as it gets. BP will be on equal footing.
