Blinks are embracing/supporting NewJeans. Why?

From what I’ve seen, Blinks have been very supportive of NewJeans and are happy for their achievements. Why are blinks so favorable towards NewJeans (and not so to some other 4th gen girl groups)?

I'm a Blink but I don't support them...yet. They're too young but they do give off BP rookie vibes

nj’s concept and music vastly differ from bp’s so there’s no overlap in competition for the same niche of fans, unlike the case with itzy or aespa who are bp juniors and people felt some similarities between them and bp (or a lot of similarities in aespa’s case). twice came before bp and was bp’s direct bitter competitor for awhile so the difference in their image didn’t factor in at that point. plus nj are all still babies and you’d have to be a monster to hate them when they’re so cute and adorably charming like your little sisters

I hope this isn't some new narrative you guys will quickly spin into something negative. If anything blinks like IVE.

my tl are mainly snoopyzens so I haven't seen anything like that. the only blinks posts that make it to my tl are the nasty ones, probably because people like drama lol

all im seeing is people from diffent fandoms supporting njs, not just blinks. we see more of them and armys because they’re the biggiest fandoms here. that’s how good music attract fans.

a lot of blinks like itzy it's very likely if you like blackpink you might like itzy but this doesn't happen with aespa

Their concept doesn't clash, so they can not only not claim that they're plagiarizing blackpink (like they did with itzy and aespa) but can also use them against others.

Because they're not a competition.

One sign of any group overtaking even one tiny bit of bp record and they will go berserk.
