Army's do you have a leader in the fandom?

Do you have a leader(s) that come up with goals for album sales and streams and in general what to do in the fandom as a whole?

theres multiple big accounts people follow so no not really lol I doubt any fandom does. results to aim for though are always to surpass previous records though.
