Is it likely we will see a vietnamese in the other Big3?

Now that Vietnam has entered the Kpop scenery in 4th gen with 3 active idols, one in a big company Hybe, one in a mid-tier company and one unfortunately nugu but still she was the first. What are chances is we could see a viet in YGNGG or another vietnamese-american in JYP USGG? Also could we see a vietnamese boy added to NCT as well?

The word for happy in Vietnamese and the word for happiness in Korean are really similar.
