Blackpink releasing the experimental bop KTL still smashed in SK and peaked at #2 and they've been successful with their title tracks ever since.

Aespa couldn't do the same they are #12 on melon daily and are getting overshadowed by other 4th gen ggs.

BP never had this type of competition so I wonder why aespa fans believe they will ever surpass them.

Blackpink also didn't peak in their debut year.

I think in SK KTL performed more like Savage, yes Savage had a pak but their peak on gaon is 2 and it had bad longevity just like KTL. And you lost the most important thing though, BP wasn't outshined internationally that year, Kill This Love had like 200m during that year in Spotify while Fancy barely cracked the 100m that year, and that was the second most streamed song that year
