Ive lacks one thing compared to their competitor

Ive is undeniably the digital monster right now, but they are only monster with their title track. When their peers like aespa, idle and new jeans managed to get the bsides chart in top 50, Ive can’t even get their bsides in top 100. They have to at least have one decent bside charting if they want to claim the best 4th gen girl group

Attention, Hype Boy and Cookie all are title track.

newjeans isn't charting their b side tho, attention, hype boy, cookie are all title tracks, only hurt is the b side and its not in top 100

and my bag has whole track video and choreo video

and illusion is more so as promotional single

to be honest for me my bag and illusion are more so pre release

ive isn't doing anything for their b sides tho, if they promote it with track video, performance video or sth or pre release it, it could chart

Also, ive have never promoted their b-side like idle, Aespa and Newjeans.

Newjean basically have mv for all their music.

idle and aepsa have promoted their b-side.

atleast ive were able to bag another national hit after eleven meanwhile aespa's savage did poorly compared to next level and are now unable to get back into top 10

as for newjeans they have 3 title tracks so obviously they'll chart

but royal is doing better than other groups b-sides like lesserafim

bside might be a poor description but I get what OP's trying to say.

It's about the songs that aren't the main title track with a debut or comeback, whether that be bside, prerelease, second-title-track or however you wanna call it.

The other groups have songs that aren't the main title track that also chart well, so far IVE haven't.

I disagree with the OP in that this would somehow be a requirement to be the top gg. I also doubt whether IVE is the 4th gen top gg right now: there still are too many competitors and the past few months only more strong contenders have risen.

Once Ive start promoting their bsides with dance practices, MVs and music show performances like other ggs yall will stay quiet real quick

I think it’s a little unfair to compare this since IVE has virtually zero promotions for their bsides (I think Royal and Take It have like 1-2 stages each but those aren’t on music shows).
