Some people say roty only count debut and 6 weeks? true or false?

I heard some people saying that roty count 6 weeks and that's only for debut album only?

I also heard most of the people saying it is cumulative so I want to know which is the truth?

it's cumulative and it will most likely go to IVE or in some way Le seraphim if they look at year debut
