    Also whether there exists a single platform which has the digitised samples of at least majority of music produced by humanity so far.. So that this software can compare them..

    You are such a cynic.. to assume music makers are looking for excuses to plagiarize..


    Spotify controlling this, is another issue leading to monopoly. Music makers can very well choose not to be subject to that monopoly. It needs to be autonomous to a good extent.
