Someone Tell Me When The Blackpink PUBG Concert Is!!!!

So I think it's tomorrow and on the app it said there's one day left so I think that's right but here's the thing. I am not 100% sure when it is and I really don't want to miss it cus it's probably the only bp concert I will ever be able to attend since I don't have to pay money for it and that's great for me cus I am broke.

I use CDT and according to google 6pm to 8pm UTC is 1:00pm to 3:00 CDT and same with 11 am to 1pm pt(1:00pm to 3:00 CDT).

And I think the same goes for GMT. There's also stuff on the bottom but I think that's for South America. So can anyone confirm I am right? I just want to be sure I am not going at the wrong time.

P.S-So, is there a high chance the thing might crash? Cus it says 4,185,267 players have pre-registered and on the ticket it says I am no. 8,588,045.

Also, what does it mean to be pre-registered?
