If I was JYP, (and since Twice already renewing their contracts), I will putting Twice for more rest, maybe like only 1 comeback per year and 3 or 4 solo project.
And then I will splitting between 60:40 of the resource into itzy/nmixx respectively.
Itzy already had an established fandom and the popularity, so they could sell more.
I would making Itzy as the main group.
the reason why nmixx is getting around 40% is because there are many good rookies this year, and so nmixx couldn't just get a 30% or less.
for the 1st-2nd year they will building their popularity, fandom, and brand value, and also giving them a normal song this time so that Nmixx could be the next main group for the later year.

Is ITZY still a worthy investment for JYPE or are they more of a "bridging" group between generations like f(x) was between SNSD and Red Velvet?
If you were JYPE, would you continue investing into ITZY?
It seems like while they are still a decently popular group, coming from a BIG 3 company, they are somehow a step behind the 4th gen monster groups of AESPA, IVE and LSRFM.
At this point, their image, sound and music are already locked in, and there is an expectation of what their fans want out of them.
If you were JYPE, would you throw your money more to NMIXX now, or do you keep investing in ITZY?
Or are they not the main priority anymore,…
