Not to speak for all the kdrama peeps here, but based on the discussions I've had with other kdrama fans, most seem to care primarily about the quality of the kdrama, not necessarily who is in it. Maybe some people force themselves to watch something they don't like just because X or Y is starring, but I haven't seen comments to that effect.
Anyway, I looked up her kdrama and it's not on Netflix, so it's not something I'd check out regardless of who is in it.
