but 4k ppl will probably show up to aespa showcase, isnt that good?

  • everyone is acting like only 5 ppl are going to show up 💀 its not 6k but im pretty certain that atleast 4k people are going to show up for the first day. the second day, i cant even defend them. idk what sm was thinking, but going off the first day, im pretty sure atleast 4k are going to show up which is really impressive for a group that "the west doesn't care about"

  • For the second day SM/Warner has most probably booked the venue beforehand. No way they booked the second day last minute. So I’m guessing SM/Warner miscalculated the amount of fans in the US or they don’t care as long as the tickets are sold even with scalpers. SM is stubborn. I love SuperM, they were marketed to the west by SM and Capitol Records but then came up with a song like Jopping ☠️☠️☠️

The problem is that the second date's tickets aren't being bought neither by scalpers nor fans

It's not impressive at all. 4k people is literally nothing.

I'll always find it amusing that SM stans think that it's SuperM's songs that didn't allow them to blow up in the west. There's a reason that BTS had huge demand while Exo couldn't drum up enough people to fill a fish bowl.

Lol With the saturation of kpop, kpop fans will begin to understand at some point, that only truly stand out performers/artists and music makers will garner an audience. Right now, there's still people who are swayed by the fact that it's kpop and it's trendy, but we are getting very close now to kpop being put back in it's hole in the west.

  • I guess that's one plus. This will affect their future prospects when booking venues for their next shows though. Event organisers don't like losses.

Are we talking about the US or worldwide? Because EXO concert tours size have been pretty big in the past.

As for SM, SM have proven that they really suck at their judgement of western markets in a lot of ways, when it comes to promotion, trend appraisal, effectiveness etc etc they're the worst of all the big companies. Which is a shame, their groups deserve better.

  • It’s not impressive when Aespa fans have marketed Aespa as the top gg of the 4th gen
