Reason for Jenlisa distance is obvious

Lisa said when she signed her contract she was told that she would always be the least popular member of Blackpink and to not resent it. They never expected her to become so popular and they and only capitalized on it when the company needed cash quickly.

Lisa is SEA and Koreans have old fashioned (to put it very politely) attitudes toward SEA people. They are viewed as lesser. YG simply doesn't want a SEA girl to have her name publicly associated with the biggest Korean star in the company, and they definitely don't want them shipped together. I think those middle aged men in charge believe it could harm Jennie's brand to be seen as anything more than polite colleagues with Lisa. This is why since the tour ended we've barely seen them interact, yet they can both speak freely about Jisoo and Rose.
