I'm celebrating I can finally watch the tiktoks on full HD , instead of wasting my time searching for it on Twitter (PS: TikTok is banned where I live).

didn't make one yet. But planning to do so. About tiktok on phone, I have no clue but I think there's a way to somehow install it on your phone (VPN is still required). Do you own an android or iphone?

the only solution it showed was to remove the sim card then install tiktok on phone but i dont want to accidentally lose some data on my phone by removing the sim card

It's much easier to install it on android, but I can understand if you have your own fears about it. I have never seen anyone try it either.
