Why is Yet to Come views kinda low (for bts)?

  • It’s been 15 hour and the vies are at 41m. Ofc for any other kpop group it’s good but this is BTS! butter got like 110million!

  • As someone who doesn't care about YT views, I think the song itself or the video is not meant to break shattering records. It's not meant to be a dynamite or butter song, is what I'm saying.

BH and the guys don't even promote this cb as a proper album. And bts fan and the majority of their listeners are listening on Spotify or their own audio streaming platforms. As they should. I never get Kpop's obsession with YT views when the whole world stream on demand now.

  • Butter did 110m views because the mv is fun and has choreography while ytc is more of a nostalgic tt. Armys nowadays seems to prefer streaming in spotify than on youtube.

Unlike in 2020 - 2021, we are still in a pandemic but everyone now is going back to their normal routine. People are now in reporting physically to school and work.

  • its 5 minutes, aint got time fo that

it did garner a lot views even broke butter first few hours record but Run BTS stole the show

songs like LGO and YTC generally have lower views compared

unlike during the start of the pandemic, people now have to physically report to work and school

  • Not an army but imo bunch of reasons. They are prob more focused on spotify and other platforms since as far as I know yt weighting is lower for charts. Slow song a d more importantly they don't have any reason to tryhard for a record when bts already own in, it's different to dynamite era.

  • It doesn't have replay value.

  • its a known thing that slow songs do not generate view as much as hyper songs

check out every group slow songs views vs the hyper ones and you would see a stark difference

  • 54 millions views

    Pathetic

    :peperun::pepe-spray:

  • 1. Ballad song with no choreo

    2. Armys have moved on from YouTube. They are more focused on Spotify now. (As they should, i didn't get that obsession with YouTube)

  • boring song, boring MV

no replay value and not gonna garner non-fans interest

I doubt it'll do that well on Spotify either, probably similar to LGO where it gets the (mass)streams but doesn't chart well on filtered. I'd skip this if it came up in a playlist.

  • The fact that it’s a compilation album killed the hype

  • BTS have lost their touch. They've been outed as hypocrites now.

  • It's a ballad. No choreo. They only used one set (literally just a desert) for the entire MV. Only people who are into mass streaming would keep it on repeat.
