You're here believing these worth numbers are super accurate. The is no way she is with $42 million when her company brought in around $20m a couple years ago (that's before taxes and expenses). How he she be worth more than her own company? Not even musk is worth more than Tesla or SpaceX

Back in the day Blackjacks were going around saying according to some random analysts that 2ne1 earned more than SNSD and each member was worth more than SNSD members.

She's also in trouble with debts, doesn't sound like she's got things under control form a busines perspective, if she's worth so much why can't she settle it easily? What's a few million to someone supposed worth 42m?

I think it helped further her success, if she would have left in good terms, people wouldn't be as focused on her as they are when seen as "the one that was kicked out," and this is in no way a shade at her talents or skills as a idol, businesswoman or designer. it's just that drama always spikes curiosity.

They did settle it, the issue was the company couldn't just instantly come up with that much money over a holiday weekend.

There's so many contradicting news, in some articles I read that her and her friend's company wasn't doing well at all, had huge debts and had to ask for massive loans they had trouble of paying back.

Then I read people say she's rich?

Would be nice to have some actual facts and figures, that don't seem made up and that can be proven to be reliable.

I don't think so...Had she been allowed to remain with SM, she likely would have released a duo w/ Krystal and SM probably would have capitalized off her popularity to debut her solo. + She could have maintained a better image which would have likely further helped her B&E. She's still successful but her potential under SM looking at 2014 and beyond...could have def been more prosperous
