Observation (My *Opinion* , NOT a Statement of LEGAL COURT Finding) -->

*Somehow* , the SHOOTER (Ramos) was able, in a *unplanned* series of events, to ENTER THE SCHOOL, with a DEADLY WEAPON gun ... And *apparently* somehow, the SHOOTER (Ramos) was *NOT CHALLENGED* (significantly) by SCHOOL SECURITY in any real meaningful way (my view) ... For me, this *proves* DEADLY NEGLIGENCE on the part of SCHOOL EMPLOYEES (Supervisors , Principles , etc) ... And that SCHOOL EMPLOYEES (Supervisors , Principles , etc) should be CRIMINAL ARRESTED and CHARGED with the MANSLAUGHTER WRONGFUL DEATHS of the SCHOOL CHILDREN involved ... And , my view , the 'Hero' SCHOOL EMPLOYEES (Supervisors , Principles , etc) should serve say at least *5 YEARS in PRISON* for the WRONGFUL DEATHS of these SCHOOL CHILDREN ... Because of their 'Hero Educator' *FAILURE* to properly ensure the SAFETY of the SCHOOL CHILDREN.

*NEVER* happen though ... After all , they are *all* 'HERO EDUCATORS' , right ???

Just ask the 'Hero Educators' ...

Also , the PARENTS of the DEAD SCHOOL CHILDREN should do a *CIVIL LAW SUIT* against the *SCHOOL EMPLOYEES* for *MONEY COMPENSATION* for the DEATHS of their CHILDREN ... I would say at a minimum , that *19 DEAD SCHOOL CHILDREN* = $200 MILLION USD as reasonable compensation to the PARENTS ... In a *negligent* (SCHOOL EMPLOYEES) and *wrongful* deaths situation (my view) ... Caused by the complete *FAILURE* and *INCOMPETENCE* of the 'Hero Educators' (Supervisors , Principles , etc) involved.

Observation --> That LOCAL POLICE involved in this UVALDE situation are now NOT making further statements to INVESTIGATORS concerning the 'series of events' related to POLICE behavior , should come as NO SURPRISE ... The SCHOOL KIDS are DEAD ... And POLICE *negligence* MAY be involved ... My guess , UVALDE *TEACHERS* will soon ONLY be communicating ANYTHING about the situation , via LAWYERS that represent them ... As in , answers about just HOW was the 'side' DOOR entrance at the SCHOOL maintained and monitored ??? ... My guess , TEACHERS will NOT choose to respond to INVESTIGATORS , for GOOD reason ... It would be more as , IF you want a REPLY , have a JUDGE and COURT *force me* to REPLY ... And then who knows , you very well might get responses in COURT as 'I refuse to answer , because it might incriminate me' (5th Amendment legal option) ... Governmental Immunity (from Arrest and Prosecution) , as a defense , for POLICE and TEACHERS , is NOT what it once was at all.
