In Produce 101 Japan was a guy, he ranked #68 altho not really being in the show
What I mean is simple: He for sure apeared in the audition-section, but later on wasn't chosen for the actuall show since COVID happend and they only let the 60 best ranked participants apear on Producd 101 Japan season 2 cause of that.
I mainly looked at the people in Produce 101 Japan season 2 who actually apeard on the show later on after the audition-part and forgot about the most people ranked 61-101 who didn't even made it that far, so I didn't really remembered that one dude specificaly.
I still remember that during the PR-round 1 or 2 people said that they have been former KPop-trainees or where training somewhere. I only remember 2 dudes who where former BigHit trainees and a guy who was a former CUBE trainee. Of cause I remember them better since one of the BigHit-guys debuted under a group called OCTPATH now and the CUBE-one is now in the show's winner group INI. But I forgot that there was someone else who said he was a KPop-trainee since the majority of people only said to just be a KPop-fan
I'm surprised tho that one of the participants ended up in KPop and not JPop

Since he just droped out before the first episode of the show was aired I totally even forgot that he used to exist. Than I read the info of his group and there it ewas: he apeared on Produce 101 Japan season 2
Later on I remembered that he was the hardcore NCT-Yuta stan that danced to NCT-Kick it asking people to guess which member's part he did

Anyways ... his group's debut song seems to be kinda good
