I honestly think Hybe got some strong evidence on their hands that's why they sound so unbothered amidst all criticism.

But their recent statement is so weak that I can't see how her fans are trying to claim it as a defense. Some of the things her fans denied were true - those filter pics were from her tiktok, she is close friends with the girl they were framing as her bully, and now a restraining order? Garam is probably never shaking off the bad rep.

Or they know its true and are just going to sue the victims because Hybe stans will eat up anything they say.

Their whole corporation's reputation is on the risk. You think they're that stupid to go that far for a bully? It doesn't make sense. If they can use their power and money, paying the victims to shut their mouths would be a better idea than going through lawsuits.
