I. Introduction
THE MAN BLK is a three-member "multi-trainer" boy group from Stardium. The multi-trainer refers to how they are both an idol and actor group as all the members do both kinds of activities. "THE MAN" refers to mult-trainer and "BLACK" refers to first project.
BLACK also refers to how all members have an individual color. When the colors blend into one, it becomes black.
They debuted on November 15, 2018 with their mini album Various Colors.
Their current lineup is Cheon Seung Ho, Shin Jeong You, and Kang Tae Woo. Lee Hyeong Seok, Choi Sung Yong, Eom Se Ung, Ko Woo Jin, Choe Chan Yi, Yoon Jun Won, and Jeong Jin Hwan are all former members who have left the group.
II. Career
Before their idol debut, they released their web drama Govengers, which starred the remembers in October, 2018.
THE MAN BLK made their idol debut with their mini album Various Colors on November 15, 2018.
After their debut, they worked on OST's in 2019. The OST's were for My Fellow Citizens, Whatever Your Heart Says, and Where Your Eyes Linger.
On June 24, 2020, Lee Hyeong Seok, Choi Sung Yong, and Eom Se Ung left the group.
The group made another music comeback with their second mini-album Evergreen on July 24, 2020.
The next year, after a period of no activities since their last comeback, on March 3, 2021, Ko Woo Jin, Choe Chan Yi, Yoon Jun Won, and Jeong Jin Hwan also revealed they left the group on their personal Instagrams.
