I. Introduction
Choe Chan Yi is a singer and actor under STARDIUM Entertainment. He used to be member of the boy group THE MAN BLK.
He was also on Mnet's survival show BOYS24 on Unit Green.
II. Career
Choe Chan Yi started his entertainment career through his appearance on BOYS24 as part of Unit Green from June 18, 2016 to August 8, 2016.
He was later set to debut in the group THE MAN BLK. Before their idol debut, the group appeared in their on web drama Govengers, which aired from October 17 to November, 25, 2018.
THE MAN BLK officially debuted with their mini album Various Colors on November 15, 2018. Choe Chan Yi was with the group for around three years. During which time he participated in their second mini album Evergreen as well as OST releases.
Choe Chan Yi acted once again in the drama Dating Class which aired from May 10 to June 29, 2019. After that, he went on to do other acting roles in a few other dramas.
He revealed he left THE MAN BLK on March 3, 2021 through his personal Instagram.
His most recent work is his role as Shin Da On in the Boys Love drama Light On Me, which aired from June 29 to August 19, 2021. He is set to appear in Best Mistake Season 3, which will air on a future date.
