The War, EXO’s 4th Studio Album
THE WAR is the fourth studio album released by EXO. It was released digitally on July 18th 2017 and physically on July 19th, 2017. The album contains nine tracks including the title track "Ko Ko Bop". It registered 800k in pre-orders and went on to sell one million albums. Apart from the title track music video for "Ko Ko Bop", a dance practice video for the promoted B-Side "The Eve" was also released. The album was released in Korean and Chinese versions, making it the last album to be released this way.
EXO members participated in the song writing process of multiple songs on the album. Chen, Chanyeol and Baekhyun participated in "Ko Ko Bop" and additionally Chen participated in "Touch It" and Chanyeol in " Chill."
