7 years? Damn, I feel so old

Because lots of people are slowly moving on from kpop. Why? BTS is on hiatus, other 3rd gen acts are less active than before and 4th gen groups don't have the same wide appeal as the idols from the previous generations.

Too many members is the main reason. Also, their discography is okay but no offense, neither their music or any of the members stand out too much compared to other 3rd gen's major acts.

Disappointing tbh. While the M/V was amazing visually-wise (as expected from BP), it seems like they're repeating the same pattern as the previous title tracks/singles (bar Lovesick Girls) since Dx4. The song itself was also surprisingly forgettable except for Lisa/Jennie's duo rap part and the end.

It was Tzuyu at the beginning, now it's Mina though these two and Sana are objectively the prettiest Twice girls.

Either BTS or Squid Game, yeah.

Their coachella perfomance was mediocre too, it made BP's look even better and I say this as a non-blink.

I guess all the not so subtle copy paste formula, mediaplay and money spent on american gigs weren't for nothing

Because they don't have to pander to fangirls in order to keep them afloat like 99% of boy groups.

Guys don't find them cringe or 'gay', they actually view BB as role models (as fucked up as it sounds knowing what the members have done)

No lol, as someone who's been very casual with kpop lately, I'm only aware of aespa, itzy and gidle (if you can really count the last two as 4th gen groups) and it's been, what, 2 years since this new gen kicked in? Compare it with 3rd gen's first two years and that should answer your question.
