The way a grown ass man had to put the blame on 'a scary app' just for misclicking in order not to anger their deranged part of the fanbase is the real scary part.
He shouldn't even need to do anything, it's a misclick, nothing big, no need to blame it on the scary app. The way his fans harassed and slutshamed Jennie, the girl he accidentally followed is tragic. His 'not even worth mentioning' mistake turned into a whole day maybe whole week of insults is just tragic all around. And yet people ask why BP fans don't want them to have anything to do with those men.
