I am intrigued by such divergent opinions.

I kind of sense that people are going ONLY by belting at extreme pitches as a sign of great vocalists. That is like saying only the tallest people with most reach are best at Basketball, never mind actual playmaking or scoring.

But anyway.

When you look at vocal tone or style, it is subjective and some people will like it and some will not like it based on that person's preference. Most people like IU based on her vocal tone and vocal style.

When you look at vocal technique, it is objective and it is not based on someone's preference. Based on vocal technique, IU is average to below average.

Prefer and appreciates Zone more because Jihyo was basically involve in composing and writing every song in the album while Nayeon was not at all.

How many albums did they sell? Groups without a big fandom and albums sales usually don't last long.

Funny thing is they're about the same level at singing.

i think Nayeon was the only one that got paid ads by JYPE.

BTS and Twice on the top with big gap from the rest. No surprise for me.

Vocal tone is subjective. Vocal technique is objective. So, yes, in terms of vocal technique she is undisputedly the best singer in the group.

The decline for Jihyo in late April was due to Tzuyu's dumb fans.
