Yea, anywhere else could be up for debate but in Korea its 100% Wonyoung. And not even just Wonyoung, IVE is like the IT group right now in korea, and right next to them would actually be new jeans. I recall seeing some knet thread that became a hot topic and it was on what the top 3 are out of new(er) ggs, the unchanging general consensus was definitely IVE and New Jeans, while the heated debate was on whether the remaining spot was LE SSERAFIM or Aespa. I think its because their concepts are more mature and appeal to a more international audience rather than the local one.
