Did I say only YG paying for YT ads? Did you read what I said? I said YG paid ads from 2016-2020. When was HYLT released? In 2020. They only have 5M ad views! When did Blackpink become massive worldwide? Circa 2020. End of story!
Also, excuse my language, but strict rules my ass. I worked for a company that paid for Youtube ads, I know how their system works. Even their own Music Chart isn't 100% accurate. But that's not even the point.
My point was that Blackpink was payola till they became big, everyone knows, even Blinks that they have mass streaming fans, mass streaming farms. This is not an inside joke anymore, it's a proven fact! Their fandom is crazy just like YG, streaming their songs and MV's is like their job for 24/7. Good job, Blinks, but my point was that you should stop acting like if 1 or 2B people watched their MV's. 80% of their views comes from ads and mass streamer fans! You don't even have to watch the whole MV or listen to the whole songs, only 30 seconds or so.
Kpop Daisuki started doing ad view counts since 2020, so there's no point arguing about how much money YG spent on YT ads before 2020.
Like I said, there's nothing wrong with promoting a group or any other artist, but stop acting like if they're the most organic Kpop group ever. They're far from it.

Stop acting like YG didn't do any payola for Blackpink. They're one of the biggest payola in the industry. I'm not shading them, I don't really have problem with payola if it's not cheating, but I'm fed up with some Blonks acting like Blackpink is 100% organic when from 2016-2020 all I see only on Youtube is BP ads. And that's just ads, I could mention a lot of other things.
