If you are looking for recs I can definitely give some TXT songs.... Or maybe some Enhypen songs too. TXT makes good stuff and there's a lot of variety too so you might surely find something that u vibe with in their discography. Have any genre u particularly like, or maybe u like performance aspect of k-pop?

She is adding layers to her part by adding head movement/variation whatever u wanna call it. That isn't overdancing unless the performance director specifically told her not to do that.

Overdancing gets thrown around a lot in dance community and in k-pop. Realistically one of these 2 situation happening can be called overdancing.

1. You try to add extra power and miss the essential timings "without meaning to" or mess up any angled or smth.

2.You add extra movement that stands out when your performance director hasn't asked you to. Like doing extra stuff when you ain't in the center etc.

I personally like the above style most.... But from a performance aspect...

The above style of pants suit performance best. It fits the forms well enough to not mess up angles/lines and any pops and waves look good as the creases highlights the movement.

The footwork (more like knee work) screams SSD to me LoL! I will be surprised if it's Nick Joseph. I don't know enough about Kim Subin's style rn cause her solo stuff in her insta is very little in number. Anyways the choreo fits pretty well.

Dance wise i want them to do old school hip-hop cause all members seem to have good training in that. So maybe a funky style of music. They get to be cute while showing some nice locking and stuff.

People had interest in NewJeans debut even back in 2019. There literally were discord servers with 400 smth members speculating. Ofc knetz were interested too, hence the numbers. And the song slaps so the rise.

It's just my theory but it depends on how they have learnt to communicate in the said language. I have mostly learnt English from my friends in schools who were good at it. Now it happens to be the case that all of them were girls who had higher pitch for their normal speaking voice. So i have picked up a higher pitch for my English while speaking subconsciously, compared to the other language i know.
