That's not confusing at all.
Anyway, going back to the topic. It's hard to judge for a non Korean speaker who's the best rapper. Rap is deeply rooted in lyricism. Most of the time when we talk about rappers here, we don't bother about lyrics because most idol rappers don't write their own lyrics therefore people focus on the delivery first.
But if we're talking about indie/k-hiphop rappers then few of us are qualified to say who's the best because we don't have the abilily to gauge the lyrics quality.
