In my opinion, best US Prez was Obama. And I really don't care if anyone agrees with me.
The US does need to understand that being top dog ( or second top dog) comes with responsibilities.
Biden is focusing on internal matters now, and everybody knows he should.

I am curious to see what his external policies are at.
