the 147 unread and whein i open it this pops up on every thread or stuff I didn't read , its bothering me very much and hurts my head , is there any way to remove it, pleaseeeee

I don't like this as well , I hate the unread alerts on top of each section showing how many unread threads I have , its triggering my ocd
