This is actually so stupid I can’t. Nayeon was EIGHT when he started helping them, how is she responsible for any of this? And why is she the one who has to pay him back?
He just sounds like a petty ex who’s angry because he’s no longer in their life and thus doesn’t benefit from his “step-daughter” becoming successful and rich.

He’s a grown man, he’s responsible for his money and if he chose to give it to Nayeon and her mom for whatever reason then that’s on him. She was a kid at the time and I really don’t know how her and her mom are getting “dragged” for this.
It just sounds like he’s petty and wanted to sue now. If he did it of his own violation, he has no right to act like they stole money from him lol

The music was the problem. Their first album sold pretty well (~40k) so there was definitely hype. They just didn’t have a solidified music direction/concept and I don’t think CUBE did a good job selecting the title tracks. But I hope this comeback does well

The whole world doesn’t revolve around your favs; not everything Twice does is a response to BP.

Appreciate that from them

You can be sympathetic but also be realistic. Big idols do tours, promotions and comebacks and then get months-long breaks, where the average working person who works the same hours will never get that. There are obviously harder jobs, physically and mentally, but I’ll still feel for an idol if they’re upset/hurt from the work.

I swear people on TWT said the name would be Rubymoon That’s upsetting

Wonhee is fine. She lacks in skills, but she has “star factor” in my opinion.
What upsets me is the blatant favouritism that was going on in the show. Why even have a survival show if you were going to favour certain contestants from the beginning? Is improvement more important than talent that’s already there? Voting barely mattered, it was all up to the judges. They purposefully pushed out some popular contestants (*ahem* Chanelle). Don’t have a survival show if that’s how things are going to be. Or be honest from the beginning. There was a lack of clarity on all this.

I’m so disappointed but not surprised.
When Chanelle was eliminated, she was in the top 6 for voting but it was solely the judges votes that brought her down to the bottom 12 and got her eliminated.
Jiwoo was the longest trainee at Belift, having been there for YEARS, and this is what she gets in return. She was also the most popular trainee internationally.
It just sucks that the voters (especially Korean) and judges prioritized visuals and “improvement” over strong skills. They’ll complain about the groups vocals, but they chose to eliminate all the stellar vocalists.
I’m really sad, especially for Jiwoo who worked so hard for so many years.
