Lay's situation was diff...no one was counting on him to begin with..we all know lay was there for namesake as EXO unlike other members who have been actively promoting as entire grp..so onus was too much on EXO to keep the group alive...SM was wrong to keep their artists in dark about their future kakao plans.. internal disputes..EXO is suffering now coz they wanted to keep EXO intact...CBX most likely would have thought we would get comeback by april as originally planned and their lawsuit would have happened in may end..but it was SM who just kept pushing comeback coz of all the coroporate war..

Second of all they wanted to make sure EXO to stay in this company for the future kakao deal..they kept exo under dark about future acquisition that was the hurry...such a contract signing is shady ..and they manipulated gaslighted saying EXO wont get paycheck..and till date they havent got any payment
