in general but also i had an experience where my blink co-intern didnt speak to me because she found out i was an army (we were decent before she found out) and it really affected our work because she was ignoring me. like i dont even participate in fanwars and was so confused lmao. our supervisor had to intervene because it was so severe and had to separate our departments. all because of an internet fanwar, really put things in perspective when i had to explain to other interns why we werent talking lol

taking fandom drama so seriously that it let you affect your relationships in real life is honestly just so pathetic. you should get out of kpop if you let it affect you that much.

i also noticed this. i can name a few moments caught on camera where they experienced racism but they probably didnt want to highlight it

im so glad they have once again used their platform to speak up. it is the first time they shared about some of their experience of racism to us. my respect for them grows as they continuously use their influence to good use.

it had been really hard for asians specially since the pandemic, walking in the streets and you can be called out nasty names as if you control the virus. my heart broke when my 8 year old cousin was called covid when he was playing with his friends. he didnt even realized it was a racially charged and just thought they got his name wrong. its really sad that even kids experience shit like that. :((

i was also shocked when they uploaded their reaction video. its saddening to watch but like others said they wont give up easily. their determination to reach their goals despite diffuculties is one of the things i admire about them.
