Because companies are more likely to try to appeal to pedos with their girl groups. And this isn't just me being snarky, that is their actual unstated goal. Girl group fans, at least Korean ones, are disloyal and always want to latch onto the newest (and youngest) thing. The companies know this and aim to please.

Aespa never sing live, and literal zombies would make for better dancers, to say nothing of their abysmal stage presence. Even if they somehow improved in all of those areas, they still wouldn't have Kpop's female jack-of-all-trades, while RV would.
