Just from two concerts in Tokyo dome Twice grossed $9M from tickets and separately $9M from merch. Combine it with the fact that jewel case album is sold for $30. In contrast to the ~12$ per album with photobook and many more extras included bought by China bars, you can understand why Japan is better market if you make it big.

It's funny because the same people that constantly bitch about how other are looking down on the China market are doing the same toward the Japanese market.

No matter how I look at it if Div3 had promoted her she would had pulled millions of dollars into the company. I still can't wrap my head around why the company is actively trying to bury her popularity. For what reason?! 🤷‍♂️
