Pringles Scorchin' BBQ

I got into football (soccer.) After the WC unfortunately, but it's been so enjoyable for me to learn about it and watch games. I hadn't had this much fun in a while so I'm feeling good.
I'm also already starting to see a good change in my weight, so that's lifting my spirits, too.

I used it briefly for Korean but didn't really keep up with it. (I'm nowhere near speaking Korean, anyway, so I can't even be the judge of it.) But I'm thinking of using it to try Portuguese. It's similar enough to Spanish where Duolingo may just be of actual help. Maybe.

I'm just such in the mood to have a huge glow up.

I know a lot of people hate them but it does truly go beyond just the beauty aspect of it. These women are highly educated and involved in good causes. It's incredibly hard work to build up that confidence to get there. I'm personally going to be training for pageantry even though I'm way past the age of it (something Miss USA advocated for - to make the age limit higher) simply to become more confident in myself. But it is highly toxic...the comments Miss USA has been getting are disgusting. As they usually are.

Hopefully not WJSN. That would be heartbreaking.

PSG, that game was bleak. Bleak, bleak.

idk if your school can do this
but in my high school homeroom, we were able to set up a thing with our homeroom teacher where every friday we say to bring food for a party but then its just a potluck brunch lol
My homeroom teacher is really passionate about pancakes so us kids would bring in all the materials like the hotplate, oil, pancake batter, toppings, etc. He'd cook it or allow us to cook it for ourselves (this was senior year hs so a lot of us could cook...somewhat.)
That's so cute. I'll have to ask about this sort of thing. The office usually gives them snacks but recently they've told my students they weren't going to continue doing it, so it's been difficult. I might have to do it myself...so I'll see how this goes.
Thank you!

my students will tell their parents that they dislike the food served at the school and the parents will ignore them. then, they want me to text their parents and tell them they don't like the food and to bring them something else. i'm sorry, but that's not my job. we're already expected to be caretakers as it is, which is fine to an extent. i'm okay with it, i do it and i do it well but to expect me to chase their parents around is where i draw the line. you already told them yourself, they chose not to pack you a lunch, i'm very sorry. i'm not your parent and i'm not your parent's parent.

At first listen, I'm not hooked entirely. The Feels was definitely a lot catchier BUT, time will tell. I'm still excited.

M3GAN. It was great and I'm usually not into horror films, but I enjoyed it. Still covered my eyes at times, though.
