    The important thing to realize is that you are not alone. Many, many people feel this way and have felt this way before. It may feel unbearable at times, but it is bearable. Just stay positive. Keep your heart open. There are lots of people looking for friendship or companionship just like you. You will meet them sooner or later. Don't give up.

  • I’m sorry, so I have been in a very bad place mentally and I just do not feel comfortable sharing with family or friends or anyone around me but it feels like I’m complaining just to complain. I feel suffocated at this point and I don’t know how to bring it up or talk about it

  • I’m sorry you feel this way but I think we’ve all felt this way before in our lives. Know that you are not alone and you probably do have people who may not show it all the time but do care about you very much.


    Have you tried joining a group locally with people with other interests? Or if push comes to shove, online just to have some human communication.

  • You need to get it off your chest. See if there are any helplines near you. Sometimes it helps if you tell strangers like that who won't judge you. You could also try a friend even if it might make you feel awkward. That's what friends are for.
