Unless you're one of the biggest celeb (like riri, Billie, zendaya.. who are often personally invited by the organisators) you need your brand to invite you as a +1, so unless ysl director asks rosé again, she wont be there. Same with Dior & jisoo. Chanel often takes one of their other ambassadors & Celine doesn't participate.

People are being so dramatic here. There are a number of people who go to the Met Gala and are photographed on the red carpet that people don’t know. He’s also not the only Kpop idol that many would not have been familiar with - Siwon and Rain have also been at the Met Gala. People might have known Psy from Gangnam Style and Lay but many wouldn’t.
