I am LOVING all the YG Family interactions lately. There was a period where we didn't get anything.
I hope this stays.
There was a time that I wanted GD to step into the Executive Producer role after YG stepped down, so GD could be the face of YG. Would have been a brilliant move.
But for all intents and purposes, YG is still making EP decisions. I thought I remembered Sean was appointed EP. But I think they make decisions by comittee...ie trainee decisions, debuts, comebacks, final song choice.
I think the committee is Teddy, Choice, Future Bounce, R. Tee and AIRPLAY.
But YG still heavily influences decisions unofficially. There was even an article that says he's still directing renovations in the new YG building...something to the effect of "a room wasn't built to his liking so he had them redo it."
