Hey there!
Plastic surgery is just a very iffy topic. You might have all the right intentions, but there's always gray area when it comes to this topic.
There's a huge plastic surgery thread on the main forum, and even that has been closed and reopened a number of times. As you can see, it's a very sensitive topic that we have to be careful with. We don't want anyone thinking it's okay to bash looks under the guise of "constructive criticism" about plastic surgery, and we don't want to give the impression we're allowing the criticism of people's physical appearance either.
I'm a bit modest when it comes to topics like this, so even making this clarification feels a bit odd.
